I've hired Bondoc Roofing twice, once for a patch job at my house and once to redo my moms roof at her house. Not only did he do a great job in a timely manner but he also cleaned once he was done with the job and didn't leave a messy work area. I would highly recommend him to any person needing roof work.

The owner came out several times to ensure that I was happy with the process and progress of the project. His team was quick and cleaned up reasonably well at the completion of the job. I have a lot of rock in my landscaping so if you do as well I would recommend you have them do a second sweep.

I did not get an itemize receipt that I need to show the insurance co. other that that everything was great.

James was straight forward and to the point. He didn't try to sell me something I didn't need, unlike other contractors. He was able to give me an estimate and get the job done before some contractors could give me an estimate. That makes it easy when your a few states away.

James called about an hour after I submitted a request for service. We agreed he'd come the next day to view and quote. He called in advance of coming out and was on time. He explained the problem, solution, answered all my questions and gave a reasonable quote on the spot. I hired him and he was able to do the repair that day, just in time for more rain. The work was well done and clean up to perfection. We couldn't be more pleased!

Bondoc Roofing Review: After discovering a hole in the edge of my roof, I began the process of having it replaced. Google pointed me to HomeAdvisor. I got four roofing company names that work in my area. Three of these gave me a bid on replacing my roof using GAF or Owens Corning shingles. All three were competitively priced. Of the three, one stood out right away. The truck was professionally wrapped identifying them as Bondoc Roofing. After inspecting the roof, James brought me a high quality color folder with his bid and a Owens Corning sample board. In the folder was information about his insurance, the bid and a sample of a synthetic product he recommends. On the folder was some affiliations. Most noticeable to me was the Better Business Bureau. The bid gave me four options with the costs clearly stated. I could replace my roof adding two box vents to the six I already have with three tab shingles. Upgrade to a 35 year designer shingle with a higher wind rating and a three dimensional appearance. Upgrade to a ridge vent system that includes removing the old box vents, a synthetic product that replaced the 15 pound felt roll under lament, lead roof jacks instead of plastic and painted drip edges with a three tab shingle. The most expensive option was to add the premium shingles to the ridge vent upgrade. James showed me a mock up of the ridge vent that I could see how the system was put together. I liked that the vent structure was also an Owens Corning product. Checking Bondoc credentials was easy. The BBB website brought them up right away and showed no complaints. I looked up the insurer and found their information. Then I looked up the agency on the internet to make sure that they too existed. I got their number that matched the one on the paper James had given me. The agency verified the policy number, expiration date, coverage and limits. In fifteen minutes I had all of the information I needed to know that Bondoc is a solid company that I could do business with. I met with James on a Saturday at my grand daughter's Birthday Party. I was available Wednesday of the following week. The two man team showed up as scheduled. They did as advertised, place tarps around the house to catch debris. Some tree limbs had to be cut to give them room to work in a few places. Removed the old roof. The new product arrived and was placed on the decking awaiting installation. The only real hitch was that the air compressor would stall. It was getting dark, so they cleaned up and left. Thursday they were back bright and early with a different compressor and were finished before Noon. True to their word, they used a magnet to pick up roofing nails that managed to get away, painted the roof jacks; cooking vent and chimney to match and cleaned everything up including stacking the tree branches up in a convenient location for me to remove. James came out both days. He inspected the roof himself before accepti

Bondoc Roofing offered competitive rates with no hidden fees. They were on time and got the job done sooner than expected, but with no neglect to quality. I would definitely reccommend them and will use them again if ever needed in the future.
