Did a great job very efficiently. We agreed on what the estimated cost covered, and Cole stood by it. He would have done more if I opted for that, but cost would have increased. He kept in touch by texts, gave me his card, and I allowed his sign to be in my yard.

This young man is so professional, courteous, keeps in constant touch with customer. Comes in does the job, cleans up after he is finished and does an amazing job. Using him for several projects.

When I hired Bonds Power Cleaning I had no ideal that this company was no more than a person with a pressure washer. Mr. Bond showed me an insurance policy but did not produce a business license. The job was to remove debris from the roof and we discussed the excess debris in the valleys and that the gutters had leaf filters. We agreed on a price for the job. Mr. Bond showed up with a pressure washer and a ladder. Mr. Bond ended using my 20 ladder. Mr. Bond pressure washed the valley and the tops of the gutters. He refused to remove all the debris stating his quote was the valleys and removal from the top of gutters. I advised him the debris would end up in the valleys and on top of the gutters as soon as it rained. It rained that night and that is exactly what happened. I texted him explaining that it was clear I was not happy with work he performed and advised him that I would be giving him a negative review. He responded statingthat next time I should be clearer with what I want done. I believe it was clear that I wanted debris removed from my roof and mentioned the referral. The valleys discussed had excess debris. Personally I cannot image any professional leaving the debris on the roof as Mr. Bond. I highly recommend not refer Bond Power Cleaning for high cleaning job. Bond Power currently does not have equipment for high roofs. Anyone considering hiring Bond Power should not rely on professionalism for performance.
