"Original Diagnosis of the leak was a flashing issue at the Chimney. We replaced the flashing. After a persistent, leak performed a water test. Water test proved that it was not the flashing, but indeed the chimney itself. We gave the homeowner a discount for the masonry work. We are happy to do the work as proposed, which as discussed with the homeowner, is less then less then what we would have originally charged if we had diagnosed the leak the first time.
