Bone’s Plumbing LLC

I contacted Angi over the net and asked for a list of certified plumbers. I was looking over the list and got a call from Bone Plumbing. We went over Pricing we decided that Bone could come to the job. The Team arrived at approximately 10 am. The sink was snaked but was not flushed. The plumbers told me they had gotten it and informed me to pick up some Clobber to pour in to clean out any excess sludge. The homeowner got the Clobber, poured it in, let it set for an hour, and began the flush out with hot water. The sink backed up in approximately 10 minutes. I called the plumbers back and finally got them after a couple of hours and explained the drain was still stopped up. It was stated that they couldn't come back until Monday morning. I agreed but checked my calendar and called them back to say I wouldn't be available due to medical appointments early in the morning. The plumber suggested 1 pm, and we agreed. On Monday, October 12, the plumbers did not show up at 1 pm. I waited, thinking they were running late, but after 2 pm I began to call; no answer. I called both numbers listed and left messages. I then sent a couple of texts asking the plumber to get in touch. On Tuesday the 13th. I began calling and texting again. Still no response. I called throughout the day. I made my final call on Tuesday morning, October 13, 2026, at approximately 10:48 am, I made my final call and the call went straight to Voicemail. I didn't bother to leave a message.
