Reviews
Write a ReviewIt was a pleasure to work with this company. Very professional, and reasonable in price. I expected the job to take much longer, but they worked tirelessly to complete it in record time. They never too any short cuts but provided only QUALITY WORK. I HIGHLY recommend this company. Jimmy made sure that I was completely satisfied with every phase of the job.
Obsessed with our new Kitchen!! Jimmy and his crew were efficient, detail oriented, and professional. They really made our vision come to life and exceeded our expectations! Would highly recommend 10/10! Feels like a brand new model home
Great design ideas led to a project that we love. The team was quick, detailed oriented, and communicative. I highly recommend!
It was extremely unprofessional from start to finish. The project started on May 14, 2024, and was completed on June 13, 2024. The work process was not consistent and very poorly planned. The project that should have taken around 13 days took 1 month. His crew frequently started work late during the day times some time as late as late as 5:30 PM. The provider did not obtain a work permit from the city of Addison for the shower stall replacement that was required, therefore the work was not inspected by a city inspector. The provider said the crew he was using was under his license but did not show me any proof. He also did not give me any warranty for the materials and workmanship after the project was completed. Initially, the contract was signed for $15,000.00 to remodel both the master bathroom and hallway bathroom (converting the bathtub into a Walkin shower). On June 13, 2024, after the master bathroom shower stall replacement was completed the provider asked for the remaining balance owed to him to be paid. When I told him that the hallway bathroom had not even started he replied he did not want to do the work of converting the bathtub into a Walk-in shower. So, after a weekend of back and forth with the provider through emails, he agreed to the final owed payment of $2591.00 paid on June 18, 2024. The total cost of the project was $12,041.00 On June 14, 2024, the provider started sending me threatening emails about the final payment that he finally agreed to accept after I provided him with the details of what was owed to him. This is all documented and available for the conflict resolution specialist upon request. Construction Defects and Damages Identified: June 13, 2024: End of the Master bathroom replacement work. June 16, 2024: Started using the shower. June 22, 2024: Noticed a crack and stains at two spots on my garage ceiling. Stopped using the shower up to now. 1. Shower stall drain leakage. 2. Garage ceiling cracks and water leakage stains located beneath the shower stall floor. 3. A drill hole project in the master bedroom wall that shares the shower stall wall. 4. Defective tile installation resulting in sharp edges in the shower stall, at the entrance of the shower stall, and around the bathtub walls. 5. Defective cabinet drawer (bottom) installation in the master bathroom. I sent a certified letter with delivery receipts explaining the workmanship defect and damages to the provider address as shown on the contract and website, but the letter was returned to me as undeliverable. I sent the same letter to another address that was posted on another of the provider's websites that letter was also returned as addressee unknown. The letter was sent under Chapter 27 of the Texas Property Code, also known as the Residential Construction Liability Act (RCLA) to provide the provider the opportunity to fix the defect and repair damages that ensued. Details: Shower stall drain leakage: This has led to water damage in the garage ceiling beneath the shower stall floor. Video proof available. Garage ceiling damage: The ceiling has developed cracks and water leakage stains due to the shower stall drain leakage. Pictures available. Master bedroom wall hole: A drill hole is present in the wall shared with the shower stall. Picture is available. Tile installation defects: Sharp edges are present in the shower stall, at its entrance, and around the bathtub walls. Picture is available. Defective cabinet drawer installation: The installation has been poorly executed on the bottom drawer in the master bathroom. Video and picture available.

Jimmy did exactly what he said he would do professionally and on time. No hidden costs, no delays. I would recommend him and his fabulous crew to anyone.
Jimmy Bonier and his profession is one of a kind! When looking for a local contractor to remodel our kitchen, it was very daunting, but this business stood out and the reviews were ALL positive and truly spoke for itself. My mind was set before even picking up the phone. I submitted the quote/consultation on a Saturday night shy of 10pm, Jimmy called me within 5 minutes of pressing submit; now that's good business. Him and his team took care of my family and our vision every step of the way from that point forward. His business and team exceeded all of our expectations, met our budget (and then some), and is truly a blessing to be around. Jimmy, keep on blessing your community, the Morrison family is forever grateful to have met you and look forward to doing business again in the future!!
Well Jonathan , Thanks for the kind words and I am glad that our military discount put this project within your budget and I feel honored to have the opportunity to give back to our communities .
We hired Bonier Cabinet Manufacturing and Remodeling to refinish our kitchen cabinets. We asked them to match our cabinets to our kitchen table, and they did exactly that!!! We could not be more happy! This team is very professional and conscientious in their work. We highly recommend Bonier because they take pride in their work. The next time we need a project done, we know who we will call for help.
Very professional and easy to work with, listened to all our requirements and yet tried to fit all of that within the originally quoted price. Love the new shower. Will hire again for the guest bathroom remodel.
I hjad a shower and a garden tub combined into a roll in shower. The work was outstanding. I now have a luxury shower that I could not have imagined.
My people really enjoyed working with John and me too , we removed his old shower and large bathtub then installed a large luxury shower with two large benches that has brush nickel shower heads above each bench , we also installed two grab bars on back wall , the entire front of this shower are glass with a 32 inch wide glass door to make it wheelchair accessible .
Jimmy is a very knowledgeable contractor and listens to the customer and delivers more than the customer expected. I would recommend the company to any friend that is needing work done.
