He is an outstanding professional that creates a masterpiece with your ideas, he uses the highest quality products, does not cut corners and creates top notch work that you can be proud of for years and years to come! I am just astounded at how beautiful my kitchen turned out!

The shop/storage building is out of kilter: the frame is not true/ square. The siding had to be totally removed and replaced by another contractor. The door width exceeds thr concrete entrance pad.

Brett & crew are good carpenters and they keep the work area clean. Our problems were that they didn't build the shed to the dimensions agreed upon, did a shoddy paint job on the door/fascia (which we'll have to fix ourselves), and we ended up paying $200 for rock to fix a grade problem caused by an incorrect shed height. They also went 2 days over schedule, which delayed our landscaping crew and got us off schedule with our yard projects.

Brett and his crew installed stair and bannister hand-railings, new post sleeves made by BooneBuilt- VERY NICE!, pickets were a combination of wood and wrought iron-by Scott Johnson Ironworks, finished job looks great!

Deck is beautiful. Great attention to detail.

Work was done in a timely manner, very professional. I felt that the quality of their work was very good.

He was backed up and it took awhile to get it rescheduled but when the date was set he arrived on time and did an excellent job.

Brett and his crew are building a sun room for us. Since day one they have all been professional and watching them work, we can tell Brett and his crew take their jobs very seriously. The work area is always neat and well kept and as we watch the sun room take shape we are pleased with each step. He has created a beautiful sun room that looks as if it came with the original house. Would definitely recommend Brett and his crew to our friends and neighbors. We are looking forward to using this beautiful room year round.

Despite some scheduling setbacks, the project was completed in a superb manner.

Brett Penski is an honest, courteous and knowledgeable contractor who is attentive to detail. My wife and I tend to be very picky about our expectations for quality, workmanship and final results. I am able to perform many jobs myself, but tend to take far more time than either of us would like! Thus, when hired out, we tend to expect a result comparable to what we would expect of ourselves. Brett made every effort to meet those expectations and succeeded in all major respects. We would definitely hire him again!

So professional, always on the ball, & kept a clean work sight. I would have him work here anytime!
