I hired this company from a referral. I should have done my own homework first. I had 3 trees cut down and explained to Anthony I need my yard to be leveled. I paid $lots of money for 3 trees! I called Anthony back and told him I was not happy because I have a large hill from 1 of the tree cutting. Anthony came back and said he will send someone out to use their small machine to grind it down some more. No one never came back out. It was winter and I said ok I will call back when the weather breaks!! Big mistake! Called Anthony again, he came back out and stated there is nothing he can do and referenced me to someone who does yard work! So here we are paying hundred dollars more to get my yard leveled! Unfortunately Anthony do not know how to explain to customers! He stated to me they did their job and cut down my trees! what a way to talk to a customer!!! I will never refer this company to anyone.

They did a great job! They were fast and cleaned up after themselves. I would highly recommend them!

The great customer service began with their estimator, Anthony. He was very professional and followed up with great customer service. I was scheduled for Friday and was rescheduled when an earlier appointment became available. The crew arrived on time, removed the trees and stumps without incident. The crew was very professional . Highly recommended, put them on the top of your list to hire.

They came to my house with a 2-man crew, that should have been the first red flag. I help the guy in the tree repeatedly having to get on the helper for not holding the rope as he was cutting parts of the tree. During the process of cutting down a tree, they hit my house with the tree. Their dishonest staff did not make me aware that they had damaged my gutter. They cut the trees and left. They did not ask me to come outside and inspect their work. I called the sales rep and asked about the stump removal. I was told that the machine for that was not available that day. In the meantime, I went outside to check out the work and noticed the damage to my gutter. I called the sales rep who asked around and someone admitted to hitting the gutter. During that call, I asked when would someone come to get the stump. I was told by Wednesday. Mind you, the tree was current down the Thursday before. Wednesday comes and I call again, this time I am told Thursday or Friday. Called again on Friday and told by Saturday. Long story short, they did not come until Monday, over a week since they cut down the trees. My gutter did not get fixed until Thursday of the same week, which was 2 weeks after they damaged it. I would not recommend them. During this process, my neighbor across the street was getting trees cut down by a very professional tree company. I asked them to come and remove the 8 remaining trees in my yard. They removed all of them without damaging my house and had me inspect to make sure I was happy. So disappointed I did not know about them the week before so I could have saved myself some time and a headache.

Anthony explained what needed to be done and provided me with an estimate. We agreed on a date and time for the tree trimming project and they arrived on time and did an awesome job!

You must be onsite to supervise the work to make sure they do what was agreed upon. He still hasn't completed the job after 3-weeks.

We had an agreement to cut back 2-trees, remove debris and remove all vines hanging from neighbors' fence into my back yard. The trees were cut and removed and they damaged some yard plants, but did not remove any hanging vines. he said he would return to finish, but it's been a week and no call, no show!

I had 4 stumps throughout my years that needed to be removed. Booth Specialized Services called me the very next day after I searched stump removal on Home Advisor. The came to my house to provide an estimate the very next day. The price was better than other estimates I had received and they could get the job done the next day. They made quick work out of 4 stumps. I am extremely pleased with the customer service, timeliness, and quality of work. They will be my go to company for future tree removal needs.

They responded quickly; they were organized ad efficient; the cleaned up the work area. excellent job; I highly recommend them and would use them again.

They did a great job in cutting down a large tree and smaller trees and shredded them. They did take the oak away (which probably was sold for firewood). I asked for the mulching of the trees to be thrown over the hill but the truck placed it in on the grass, had to wait a week before they came back to throw the mulch over the hill and although this was stipulated in the agreement, I was still charged an additional $100 for them to come back to complete the job. I like this service but I still feel a bit cheated. Since this needed to be done ASAP, I agreed to the additional $100. I may hire again, but next time I will stick to the original agreement if I am not in a hurry.

I had four trees removed from my backyard. After posting my project I received a call almost immediately. They showed up a day earlier to start the job. I still have some stumps to deal with but the trees are gone at least. Appreciate the hustle.
