We had a good experience with Bora Bora. They addressed our concern in timely manner and accommodated to our needs. Recommend to work with them and set all expectations of the job correctly. We would certainly use them again.

Shop was very dusty and grimy with hair grease and hair. Walls and windows had neglect from cleaning. Bora Bora crew came and cleaned all that, the shop looks and smells great.

"Sorry, you feel that way, our agreement was 1 person for 8 hours for $200 assembling furniture, we send two people for 4 hours each total of 8 hours. We would have loved to have been able to assemble all your furniture, it was our understanding that you did not have a budget to cover the extra hours, we understand the frustration you experience at the same time we have a business to run and a bill to pay."

Anything we need, especially with COVID, she has been on top of. We've needed extra cleanings and deep cleanings. They've been all over it!
