Owner was nice, helpful, explained what we could do with a cracked brick wall in our laundry and suggested options, including more and less expensive and what would best suit the wall. They came out and quickly repaired it. It looks pretty good, though the mortar could be slightly more even. Overall good customer service and work.

Their work is outstanding and they are very amicable to work with every step of the way. I have dreamed of having a flagstone patio in back of our home for the past few years. When we were ready to have one installed, we went to the Tucson dealer with flagstone on site, chose the color, and asked about installation. They referred us to some local masonry businesses. After meeting with and receiving quotes from a couple, we hired Borja. Mr. Borja was great to work with. He listened carefully to our description of what we wanted. He gave us lots of helpful information about the project, asked us questions about exactly what we envisioned, and was very professional and pleasant in all of our contacts. He kept us well informed each step of the way and always asked if we had any questions or concerns, striving to make sure everything would be just as we wished. The work crew took great care to excavate and prepare the area, checking the slope for drainage as they progressed. We enjoyed watching them place the â puzzle piecesâ to create a beautiful and sturdy patio. The finished patio is beyond our expectations! We are delighted with our beautiful new flagstone patio and extremely pleased with the work done by Borja Unique Masonry. The owner and general manager A.B. was very professional and helpful in planning the project and explaining in detail how it would proceed. He has a talent for designing a project that is both aesthetically pleasing and well-constructed. He was very amiable and friendly, very patient and respectful in answering all our questions, and truly a pleasure to work with. He and his two-person crew, all family members, worked diligently and were attentive to every small detail. After completing the project, they meticulously cleaned up and even poured excess water on plants rather than wasting it on bare soil. It is obvious that A.B. and his family workers take great pride in their work. We highly recommend Borja Unique Masonry.

These guys were professional,, prompt, and did great work. Cost was as expected. I would use them again.

We regionally met AB and Borja Unique Masonry a year ago when someone ran into our wall by the road and needed someone to replace the brick. They did a great job and at that point we started thinking about other things that needed to be done. AB came several times at the end of 2019 to discuss options. We were not able to follow through at that time but asked him for a bid this past April when we were ready. We are so glad he was able to do our projects. AB, the project manager and owner, made artistic recommendations and explained the process and why he did what he did. This is unusual as most contractors do not explain anything and I so appreciated the time he took, his customer service, honesty, and fair prices. The workmen were of the same caliber and took pride in their work, were courteous and cleaned up so well after the work that you would never know that they had been there except for the beautiful end result. Our project was as follows. We had a paver patio and stairs in which the pavers had sunken in and the cement borders had broken. We had retaining walls with cracks and a yard wall with a crack due to a neighboring tree s root. We had missing mortar in some of our block walled house and bricks on one of our decorative were crumbling. Because the color of our pavers no longer existed, in order to fix our patio we needed to take some of the pavers from our walkway which they replaced with beautiful flagstone. AB also had to find brick to match our faded brick on our decorative wall. And a crack had formed in our house wall. There was a variety of skills needed and they did a magnificent job. You d never be able to tell things had been patched and our patio area looks so much better than ever. We would highly recommend Borja Unique Masonry.

They were there when the said they'd be or there was a phone call to say if there was a delay. AB Borja was personable and responsible. His crew of two worked hard and did excellent work.
