Pro: Very polite and friendly, and hard-working; old tile shower demolition was good, cleaned up well; new tile work is good. Con: Some appointments not met; did not consult on shower head (but replaced on request) or shower door, which is of poor quality and poorly installed. Electrical work on installed light in the bathroom stall was all wrong; installed grab bar came loose.
