I hired Matt Born with Born Home Improvements for a total condo remodel at my daughters home. Project included carpet removal and installation of porcelain tiles. Matt was meticulous in the placement and leveling of these tile making sure every one was level and even with the others. He also took down a "pony wall" and then did the necessary drywall re[pairs. He removed wallpaper from the walls, did the proper drywall surface preparation and then did high quality wall and ceiling painting with super precision paint lines. Bathroom was also remodeled, he did some lighting fixture replacement, cut out a kitchen cupboard and install dishwasher and garbage disposal. We did not live in this condo, so we really appreciated his open communications, keeping us abreast of everything scheduled, and coming up.
