Do NOT deal with this company. We purchased a generator Briggs after Ian. It has failed repeatedly. Tge software has been updated but unit has failed during 1 hurricane and 2 power outages. Lost patience and requested a replacement u der our warranty. Discussions have been going on for 4 months. Communication with local manager has been up and down. At times NO response from manager. Spent $9k fors generator that we cannot depend on. Stay away from this organization.

Do not trust this company. They do not stand behind their work.

Instale un generador con BO's Electric. Desde el día 1 con Matt Joaquim como vendedor todo fluyó excelentemente. El día de la instalación Josue, Roberto y Adam hicieron un excelente trabajo. Han estado siempre en contacto conmigo ayudándome con el financiamiento y el banco, David de la oficina me llamo y fue muy amable. Ellos se han encargado absolutamente de todo haciendo que el proceso haya sido muy cómodo y sencillo para mi. Si quieres un generador de respaldo para tu casa, sin duda alguna BO's Electric son los adecuados para ello, si hubieran mas estrellas se las daría.

The Generax from Bo's Electric was installed on Jan.24,2025.Up until then I was pleased. I had to have the platform leveled because it had gaps and would have eroded if the ground flooded. I contacted the sales person and he got that fixed promptly. I also asked for a certificate of completion. As of March 10,2025 I do not have the "COC" The office has been difficult to deal with. Calls are not returned as promised and I have made numerous calls to resole this. As of March 10,2025 I do not have one because the electrical did not pass. I contacted Lee County Permitting and was told since Bo's used a private party for the permitting Lee County could not get involved to resolve this issue. I was told it still did not pass the electrical inspection by the third party. Using a private third party for permitting circumvents the process that Lee County has in place. My advise to consumers is BEWARE. I am owed a Certificate of Completion. Bo's is not stepping up their responsibility

Brought in a generator, failed inspection, which was over two months ago, and now they just keep saying theyâ ll get back to me and no one ever does. Spent $17,000 at this point and I have a generator that isnâ t even hooked up sitting in my backyard. Iâ ve called multiple times, and spoken to multiple people, but I just get the runaround. For supposedly 40 year professionals, they are anything but!

Services paid for have not been supplied. Specially, monitoring services for my whole home generator system. They changed monitoring companies and itâ  s been a disaster. But, for another $450 I could switch to the new system. I paid. Iâ  m getting no service despite their promises my system is , in fact, being monitored. I donâ  t trust them. Buyer beware. Their service promises are empty promises. Yes Iâ  m upset. And disappointed for the second time by this company.

Excellent crew - very professional, knowledgeable, courteous, friendly.

Easy to work with. Handled all permitting and HOA processes. Can get you in touch with contractors for associated work if they do not do it such as replacing pavers. Very happy with finished product.

Professional installation. Handled the permit process so it and the installation was quick and painless. Highly recommended.
