The company is bankrupt Nathan singlehandedly destroyed this company, and stole company funds. Took $50,000 of my money, and paid in good faith. Windows & doors for renovations were never ordered. Don the owner was willing to work with us. His phone is now not in service. No response to numerous texts, phone calls & emails. A lien has been placed on my home subcontractors we are not paid. These people are dishonest, unprofessional, and crooks. I did not need this in my retirement years. If you hired them, cancel the contract & get a lawyer. I was taken for a ride.

I would recommend that you stay far away from this contractor. We have been trying to get a job completed for over 2 years now, with many excuses on why they can not do their job. Recently they have told us that they have run out of money and that they can not finish the job or refund us our money. Look at Orange and Seminole county clerk of courts they have 3 people suing them at the moment. They told us to get in line for suing them.

They do great work but take FOREVER to get anything done. My 6-8 week project is now in month 5 and still is not complete.

This is the good, bad and ugly--or more precisely the very good, the warnings, and the very bad The very good: beautiful finished product--we love it--dedicated professional workers--special thanks to Herman and his daughter--custom made cabinets and fantastic tile work WARNING: my contract did not include the shower fixtures or the glass doors--these items added $4000 to the price--plus there is no way a non-professional could have ordered all the parts that were needed for the fixtures--BOSOX could not get it right for a long time--make sure you have BOSOX bid and install a complete product The very bad: When I signed the contract (and made my first payment) they told me it would take 7-9 days-----it took 93 days--thats over three months. I also recommend that Nate invest in a laptop or a notepad--he never remembered our old conversations--7 times he asked if they were doing the fixtures or if I was--even though on the very first day I made it clear that they needed to get them and I reminded him of that 6 more times---I also told him multipletimes I wanted a soap dish--on day 90 he asked again and I said forget it--he also promised me that the backsplash in the kitchen would match the kitchen counter tops--it does not because he forgot to tell his people So if you heed my warnings and are not on a tight schedule I highly recommend BOSOX
