When we found out our roof was leaking while living in Alaska, we called Alex! She went to go check the roof quickly and told us all of our options in easy to understand terminology. We decided to get the entire roof replaced. She sent her crew over and got the job done within the next week. We felt comfortable with her doing the work without us coming back to town to oversee it being done. She sent constant updates and pictures showing us how the work was coming along. Alex and her crew were efficient, professional, and friendly and her communication was great. I would highly recommend her to anyone needing house work done!!!

We worked with Alex, owner of BossLady Contracting, to get our siding, roof, gutters, and front door replaced, as well as a few electrical needs and fan installations. Our experience was wonderful! Alex, Boss Lady owner, oversaw the entire job and her team exceeded our expectations in how fast they completed the roof replacement.  We were selling the home and found out we should replace the roof before we placed it on the market.  We had a short window to complete the work and Alex and her team made it all happen within our time frame.   Her entire team was very professional and the new roof looks great.  All of the old roofing material was removed and the property cleaned.  She filed all required paper work with the city and had the final work inspected by the city.  We highly recommend Boss Lady Contracting.

Boss Lady Contracting built us a beautiful deck and I would highly recommend her team for your house improvement needs. Alex was absolutely wonderful to work with on this project from her collaboration on design to the quality of her teams work. It was our first major house improvement project and she provided a realistic budget and schedule that was delivered. Even though our project was outdoor, we actually had some indoor improvement needs so she is highly skilled in exterior and interior improvements.

Alex and the Boss Lady crew have worked with us through two hail storms, and I couldnâ t be more pleased with the work done. Alex is a pleasure to work with, sheâ s always readily available for questions and concerns, and knows how to work with your insurance company to make the work happen flawlessly. Her crew of workers, roofers, sub contractors do outstanding work. My home got a facelift, roof, gutters, skylights and new garage door, and I couldnâ t be more happier with the results. BossLady Contracting was able to jump in and help to replace hail damaged roofs for a duplex in a short notice due to my previous roofing subcontractor's inability to respond. Alex and her team was great. They kept site cleaning. She was great on details and communicating through every step of the way. I was very impressed that she was able to jump in during the weekend to pull the permit and confirm material delivery, by the following Monday material was on site and crew was on site Tuesday. She followed through till all paperwork was approved with insurance company. I highly recommend her team to others for future roofing work.

We highly recommend Crawfurd Co! Alex and Crawfurd Co is amazing to work with! We had a backup in our laundry in the basement and Alex was amazing in working with our insurance adjuster to get quotes reviewed and approved. She has amazing taste and worked with our preferences to pick out the perfect flooring, paint and doors for our needs and wants. Her crew was prompt every day, worked hard to get the job completed in a timely manner. She always kept us in the loop on schedules or issues that need to be discussed. You cannot go wrong with Crawfurd Co! We are using them again in a month to redo our main floor!! Cannot wait!

Recently we had our roof redone after the hail storm that happened almost two years and some month ago. The process to get us to a contractor and a settlement read like a horror story, needless to say we got to the end to have the contractor leave us without warning. This left us scrambling to find someone to take care of our siding and our roof. We found a siding contractor and they referred us to Crawfurd Company. We had our meeting with Alex Crawfurd the owner of the company. She was very open and honest with us about the fact that our home would be challenging due to the height of our second story. She reviewed all the roofs we wanted replaced. They included the main house, a detached two car garage and a covered patio. Alex was very thorough and returned an estimate promptly. We elected to use Crawfurd Company and we are very happy that we did! I cannot say enough about the crew that came to do the work and how they respected our home. This is my family home and someone from our family has occupied the house for over 82 years. Needless to say, we are particular about workmanship. After a terrible roofing project eight and half years ago, we were worried! Alex and her crew did a professional job and did it with care and true craftmanship. With any construction job problems do come up. No matter what the situation was Alex took care of the problem! She was on site along with her supervisor, who actually watched his crew. Alex always returned phone calls, emails and text very promptly! It was a pleasure to have a modern company with old fashion values! I would highly recommend this contractor. She was wonderful to work with and did a fabulous job. Her team was timely and she was incredibly responsive. I would not use anyone else. She was great!
