Bostad is proud to offer investment property related services in the Duluth-Superior and surrounding areas. Bostad was founded in May 2011 to manage rental properties owned by its founding members. Wanting to offer a full service property management experience, Bostad began offering property maintenance/handyman services in 2012. Responding to customer demand the following year Bostad started offering home remodeling services. It can be a daunting task looking for not only the right contractor for your job, but also the right contractor for you. We completely understand what you are going through. We know every customer has different desires, different needs and different schedules.
