    This was a weekend emergency job where shutoff didn't work to a broken hot water supply in a Somerville tenant apartment. Ryan was very knowledgeable, worked efficiently and gave us proactive tips about lifespan of the hot water heater. He was very friendly as well and answered my concerned landlord questions so I was a little smarter about basic plumbing. All this on a Sunday morning! I highly recommend Boston Budget Plumbing and especially Ryan.

    Tom called me within minutes of submitting my request to install a hot water tank. After asking specific questions about the tank that needed replacement, he was able to come that day (I chose the next day) to do the project. After taking survey of the project, he advised me of another potential problem that I had already suspected. In the end he did a marvelous job! He and his coworker were able to replace 2 hot water tanks and hauled away the old ones in less than two hours. Boston Budgets pricing was very reasonable especially compared to Home Depot and another plumber I contacted. I will definitely use him again.

    They came to my house to reattach the vent and when they were moving the water heater, they did not detach any of the pipes and as a result they broke the water pipe connection. They could not fix what they broke and I had to pay 2100 dollars to get a new boiler for something that initially costs 250 dollars to attach the vent. I tried to come to an agreement with the company and they took no responsibility even though they acknowledged they caused this damage.

    Excellent service; woke up to a leaking water heater and no hot water. Tom called me within 5 minutes of requesting a quote via homeAdvisor, His team was here within 2 hours and had a new water heater installed quickly and at a fair price. 5 star service, team and value. Tom had scheduled his team for 1-2pm, they arrived early and were done at 2pm. The communication was great as well. I WILL HIRE Boston Budget Plumbing again and highly recommend them.
