Boston Plumbing - Heating Solutions

Very direct and professional and fast group of people. Extremely friendly even when you ask them pedantic and repetitive questions haha. Price was more than fair and they did everything in less than 90 minutes despite the amount of tasks I gave them 10/10 would hire again

They were fast, efficient, and reasonably priced.

After two plumbers ghosted me twice and one quoted me $2,400 to replace a sink without even coming by, Henry and Joe from Boston Plumbing -Heating Solutions solved my problems. They were responsive, punctual and professional and kept me informed every step of the way. They were also kind and helpful. Boston Plumbing was the sixth plumber I reached out to and I will be using them again. I recommend them highly and with gratitude.

I called Monday morning to schedule an estimate for a new sink and garbage disposal hookup. They came out that afternoon, provided a very reasonable estimate, and were able to complete the work immediately. They were clean, professional, efficient, and did an excellent job cleaning up afterward. They also provided quotes for two additional jobs, which I plan to have done next month. — Chris, Brighton

Great job especially joe did good job very professional to install my force hot furnace.

These guys are thorough and professional. They took great care in not dirtying the house when investigating the leak. They were thorough in identifying the problem (120 year old pipe in wall) and replacing the pipe from the 2nd floor to basement with PVC. Cleaned up after themselves.

These two pros from Boston Plumbing Hearing Solutions answered my post via Angi’s list immediately. They came within 40 minutes. They gave me an estimate quote after I described my issue and that I had ordered the exact same M Kohler faucet to replace the old one. And I had it. They were professional, put on shoe covers, and examined my faucet and plumbing under the sink. Within 45 minutes they were finished and also replaced two rusty old valves. My faucet works beautifully and they were the best. I would hire again in a heartbeat.

"Henry responded immediately to my repair request for two tenant apartments. He offered to come out the same day, but when that did not work for the tenants, he arrived early the next morning at a convenient time for everyone. He efficiently repaired the showers and toilets. He also checked a few other areas and gave helpful recommendations for future maintenance. His pricing was very fair. He provided a clear written invoice and even gave a written assessment for potential furnace repairs/replacement. I am very satisfied with his work and highly recommend him."

Joe and his assistant did a great job very pleased with the work. I would recommend him to anybody who asked... believe me if I need any more plumbing services, Henry, is the man for me thank you

I like the job done very good

Joe and Huan communicated clearly, explained everything thoroughly, and were highly professional. They quickly identified the cause of the problem, and their pricing was fair and transparent. I would gladly hire them again.

We paid hundreds for them to make the problem with our toilet much worse; I wish they hadn't touched it at all?the issue was barely noticeable before, but now it's infuriating. What's more, when I called them back to fix the issue, they couldn't fix, instead, they offered to sell us a new toilet that would cost extra hundreds of dollars :)))) Very disappointing !!

Henry and Joe had great communications and called prior to arriving. They were professional and found the cause of the problem quickly. Pricing was fair and upfront. Would work with them again.

Joe not only got the job done, he explained things thoroughly and was helpful. I would hire him again!

Very nice people, knowledgeable, and very fairly priced.

Boston Plumbing and Heating Solutions responded immediately and was able to come to my house within an hour and fixed the leak. They were courteous and cleaned up after they were done. I would hire again.

By the time I found Joe’s business, the water heater had been deemed dead’s by the manufacturer, it was Sunday afternoon, a blizzard was to start around 8:00pm. Joe and his partner took out the old heater, drove with me to HD picked up the new one, installed it and I had hot water before the first snow flakes hit the ground. The price was very reasonable too, regardless of the circumstances. Two thumbs up and five stars.

They were first to respond and provided a prompt service. Thank you Ben and Boston Plumbing - Heating!

I needed a fairly small job done. Joe got back to me quickly with an excellent price, showed up the next day on time, and completed the work in no time. Friendly guy, great service - I will definitely use him again!

Joe was able to come out within a couple hours to install a new tub spout. I didn't meet him in person since my tenant was home, but he was very nice on the phone. Price seemed very reasonable.

Job was.completed.professionally at very competitive price. Would definitely hire again

The guys Joe And Ben came out, very efficient. Priced as I expected for today’s economy! My toilet is working fine so far. *Replaced flow valve and wax ring.

Excellent professional job. We had to rerout (move) the main drain on our second floor. Open walls rerouted the pvc pipe tie it into the main drain located in the basement. Work done efficiently, quickly and completely cleaned upon completion.

Two plumbers came out within an hour of calling, fixed several different plumbing and heating issues for a reasonable price, and advised me on necessary maintenance and future work. They were friendly, professional, and efficient, and I will definitely be using them for my plumbing and heating needs in the future.

Joe was very personable and professional. He did a great job taking care of our needs. He was very upfront about pricing and did a great job. He left the work area very clean and made sure we were fully satisfied with the service. We will be using Joe and his team again in the future.
