These guys are thorough and professional. They took great care in not dirtying the house when investigating the leak. They were thorough in identifying the problem (120 year old pipe in wall) and replacing the pipe from the 2nd floor to basement with PVC. Cleaned up after themselves.

These two pros from Boston Plumbing Hearing Solutions answered my post via Angi’s list immediately. They came within 40 minutes. They gave me an estimate quote after I described my issue and that I had ordered the exact same M Kohler faucet to replace the old one. And I had it. They were professional, put on shoe covers, and examined my faucet and plumbing under the sink. Within 45 minutes they were finished and also replaced two rusty old valves. My faucet works beautifully and they were the best. I would hire again in a heartbeat.

We paid hundreds for them to make the problem with our toilet much worse; I wish they hadn't touched it at all?the issue was barely noticeable before, but now it's infuriating. What's more, when I called them back to fix the issue, they couldn't fix, instead, they offered to sell us a new toilet that would cost extra hundreds of dollars :)))) Very disappointing !!

By the time I found Joe’s business, the water heater had been deemed dead’s by the manufacturer, it was Sunday afternoon, a blizzard was to start around 8:00pm. Joe and his partner took out the old heater, drove with me to HD picked up the new one, installed it and I had hot water before the first snow flakes hit the ground. The price was very reasonable too, regardless of the circumstances. Two thumbs up and five stars.

Excellent professional job. We had to rerout (move) the main drain on our second floor. Open walls rerouted the pvc pipe tie it into the main drain located in the basement. Work done efficiently, quickly and completely cleaned upon completion.

Two plumbers came out within an hour of calling, fixed several different plumbing and heating issues for a reasonable price, and advised me on necessary maintenance and future work. They were friendly, professional, and efficient, and I will definitely be using them for my plumbing and heating needs in the future.
