Dennis did a very efficient installation for us at a reasonable price. After the setup, we noticed a few issues, including noise, exterior configuration, and radon levels. I reached out to him several times but initially did not receive a response, which caused me some stress. Eventually, Dennis responded and explained that he was in the hospital for a major procedure, yet he reassured us that he would address our concerns once he was discharged. This shows that Dennis is a reliable and considerate professional. I will update my review once our issues are resolved, but so far, I believe his service deserves a 5-star rating. It is impressive that even while in the hospital, he still thought about his clients an admirable work ethic!

Dennis is very experienced, knowledgable, personable, conscientious and diligent. We are delighted with how and where our mitigation system was fitted and how it is subsequently performing. All this at an incredibly reasonable price; we would definitely recommend Boston Radon.

I hired Dennis to put in a radon system in April; he responded quickly and installed it quickly. Now the problem begins. The system went down after two weeks. (I paid in cash big mistake.) I called and left messages, which he never returned, so I had my wife call from her phone and got a response immediately. He had many excuses for not returning calls. He promised to come a couple times but never showed up. And now it is June, and there is still no resolution, and as is par for the course, he does not have the courtesy to return calls or messages. I will now reach out to my attorney for recourse. (Probably small claims court). He does have great reviews; I do not understand why he treats us like this. I am not a complainer, as you can tell, and I have given ample time to resolve this issue.

My many excuses were that I got into an accident on the way to their house and let them know immediately. At first they were very nice and understanding. They told me it was no problem and to take as much time as I needed to recover. As it turned out, I ended up needing to have surgery because of the injury I received from the accident and am still recovering. Out of all my customers, they were the only ones that decided they could not wait any longer and decided to leave a bad review. Their system never went down and was working/running the whole time. It only needed a small rubber tube on their pressure gauge to be moved a tiny bit so.

I got a new radon system installed. Dennis came on time and gave me a very accurate estimate and got the project done on time. He also helped with me few other things. Very happy with his service and quality of work. Will definitely recommend him and hire him for any future jobs. Thank you.
