Boston Shower Door

Do not use this company. They tell you the door will be in in 3-4 weeks. Itâ  s now 2.5 months later no door and they are acting very evasive. Iâ  m trying to get my money back from the bank

Please avoid this company. We found them online and they came to our house measured the bathroom space. We gave them half of the deposit on May 30th. And then we heard nothing. It was suppose to take 3 weeks for the bathroom glass door to be installed. It has taken almost 6 months. We emailed, texted, and left countless messages. It was impossible to talk to anyone. They finally came and installed the glass door in late October. The glass door was the wrong size. They told us they would rush another door. That "rush" took another four weeks. At one point, I did talk to the owner. He was rude, cutting me off as I tried to communicate my disappointment. I had to remind him that I was a customer and paying good money and not receiving the service that I was promised. He even had the audacity to raise his voice telling me that he had so many clients. I told him if he couldn't manage his clients maybe he shouldn't be in business. He said they closed for summer holidays. All this is fine but we were told that we would get a glass bathroom door in 3-4 weeks. No customer service. No apologies. No discount. How is it possible that it took almost 6 months to get a glass shower door installed? Today, they installed the glass door. It looks fine but honestly the headache and the delay was not worth it. Moreover, they gave us the same quote that another company gave us. They certainly are not cheaper. The workers who came to our home were lovely and apologetic. This is a terrible company. Avoid.

Scott went the extra step for us. Removal of the original door and frame presented challenges, but they persevered and gave us a beautiful installation.

Scott was the first to answer my urgent request to rehang a heavy wall mirror, arriving after work to provide an estimate. He arrived as promised, gave me a fair price and offered to complete the work himself immediately. I accepted and the mirror reinstalled securely. You cannot help but be impressed with Scott. He is a personable, skilled professional who takes great pride in his work!

Very good customer service, showed up on time. I needed 2 vanity mirrors installed and it was a difficult installation because of the tight space they had to work with. They stayed until the job was done and did not charge extra for that. It was a small job but they treated it as a big one! Excellent job!
