now out of business. Tooks months to get the windows. Then when out of business, fortunately the original owner of the business, stepped up to complete my installation.

Sliding door not installed correctly. Did not return phone calls or e-mails. Now have to look for another contractor to correct the work which was not done right in the 1st place.

These people should not be on your list of recommended contractors. Tony, of Boston Window, came to my condo and sent an estimae for replacing a retrable screen door. The job was scheduled for Saturday, July 12. Tony arrived 2 hours late with a ready made screen still in its wraper. He was unable to intalls this screen and finally said it was a junk screen. He had done none of the things he proposed in the estimate. The old screen was put back with gaps on all sides and I can't even open the screen. This company made the problem worst and don't return my calls! about fixing the mess they created or rescheduling the job. I wish I never called!

4.5 stars, really. Only reason it's not 5 is that the job took several days longer than promised which wasn't an issue but thought I should mention it. Very courteous, responsible, reliable, professional.

The service person and the administrator are very friendly and professional. The job gets done promptly and efficiently. The reason rating isn't a full 5 stars because the job took more than a week longer then it was confirmed.

Doors Repair
FANTASTIC, SUPER. Scheduled appointment was kept on time. If there was any delay, I was notified. Originally wanted one door fixed and work was so good the I also had a storm door added to the work. Questions and concerns were handled respectfuly and professionally. I will recommend Boston Window to anyone. Great job!!!!!!!!!
