Had a few windows replaced. Window is not level and gaps showing around the window to the outside letting cold air in. We can't get a hold of the crew that installed and he has said he hasn't been able to either. Told us to hire a new company to try fix it. HAHA. We paid him and he wants us to hire a new company to fix a window that was not installed correctly in the first place. We've got more windows that we want replaced, but definitely will be looking elsewhere.
