I would highly recommend them. I had an emergency with a frozen pipe, they were at my door within 3 hours of contacting them. I was working with Jose, he was Very knowledgeable, fast and reasonably priced. I am a very happy customer, will definitely be using them again!

The guys that did the work were amazing - I am happy with the results. I wasnt given a quote until they came to the house - at which point it would have been needless to get other quotes as the plumber was there. This kind of goes against what I saw with the Home Advisor ad with seeing quotes online. I will most likely use Botticelli again, but wont go through Home Advisor again.

Prompt, professional, accepting multiple forms of payment! Very happy with the work! Was perhaps a bit more expensive in exchange for a great experience. It was interesting that they were also selling a monthly servicing plan subscription alongside the daily service that appeared as though it had good value even though we passed on it. All said, would definitely recommend again!

Water Heater Installation and Replacement
Cliff and Joe were on time, neat workers, and professional. They obviously knew what they were doing. This was not their first water heater replacement. The whole job was completed in much less time than I expected. Would hire this company again for plumbing work.
