I hired Jim to remodel a pool for me, l and signed a contract on 12/08/17, Jim comes about once every 2 weeks and work for a day and then I don't see him for awhile and the job keeps dragging on, Jim never makes any effort to communicate with me

I wanted just a very small pool with specific dimension, basically so I could get in the water and play with my pet capybara. Other pool companies stated outrageous prices without even listening to my objectives. Jim and his wife came to my house, met my pet, and became excited about my project. They built exactly what I wanted, in fact they had excellent ideas to improve my initial thoughts, and they came in under my admittedly meager budget.

I was expecting just an estimate when you came out to look at the pool. But you were able to fix immediately. Which was good. I'm glad you were able to fix it so quickly. Although we haven't swam in it yet, the pool looks nice. Thanks!
