I needed a well service quickly. We had a minimal amount of water in our home and none for the plants. The other service companies could not help for about 2 weeks with my problem during the high demand summer season. Boulder Well was able to accommodate me within a couple of days. Jay did my pump replacement and was very easy to work with. He worked steadily throughout the day to complete my replacement. Overall Boulder Well did a fast and efficient service. I recommend them.

Our water well pump failed and they came out within an hour to estimate the cost of the work and installed a new water well pump the next day! Highly recommend this company.

The first time they came out they replaced the controller for the well. It broke that night and we ended up having to replace it ourselves with the same part for a lot less money from Home Depot ourselves. We had them come back a month later to replace our 25-year-old well pump before it broke. They replaced the 1 horsepower pump with a 1 and 1/2 horsepower pump which I had not authorized. I had requested an estimate before the worker came out but was never given one. After the work was done we got our estimate presented as a bill. No credit for the broken controller we had to replace. Ever since the work was done the pump emits a loud bang every time water is used in the house. We immediately reported this and after being ignored after repetitive attempts to contact someone we were finally told to give it a month to settle. It has been over a month with no change. When the company eventually responded to us we were told they wanted to put in another part to see if that fixes the banging, costing us more in labor and the expensive part. I fail to see why we should have to pay more for this company to fix something that did not function correctly from install. From looking at costs to other homes with similar work done, I also believe we were overcharged.

Simply amazing, I couldn t imagine a better experience. Would highly recommend them for any water well service.

After waiting 3 weeks to get someone out to take look at my irrigation well, I called Boulder Water they gave me an appointment for 3 days later and I was happy to get that. Then they surprised me with a call the same day I made the appointment, they had a tech available that day to come look at my well. The tech came out that afternoon and took a look at the well, after taking it apart he reported that the impeller was broken and tried to find a replacement part online to no avail. His recommendation was replacing the 34yo pump that sat above the ground with a motor attached that would hum when pump was running. he recommended installing a new system with both the pump and motor emersed at the bottom of the well. After accepting the recommendation and authorizing the work to be done I asked when he thought they would be able to perform the job, to my surprise he said that he checked his schedule with the office and said I was lucky he could do the work the following day. I was very pleased with the job that Justin did to got my irrigation back up and running before I lost my lawn. I highly recommend this company and am super pleased with the work performed and will us Boulder Water Well for any other well needs I may have.

They are now my go-to well pump people. Knowledgable, personable, reasonable prices, and Jay pointed out some things I can do myself, vs hiring them for hundreds of dollars. Great folks, will use again.

I was impressed that they recommended a cheaper solution to my problem ahead of the actual project I had intended. Everything was smooth from the first phone call all the way to the minute their technician left the property.

That the are fast and quality work

My well pump quit while we had out of state visitors staying at our house. I called all of the local well service companies listed. They were all booked up. Although Boulder Water Well Service was at least 40 miles away, they said they would be at our house within an hour. They did show up and the repair was a simple fix. The individual who did the repair only charged us for a service call and refused to take a tip. In the future, this will be the only well service company I will call,

Serviceman was incredibly nice. He explained everything as he was going along. Finished the job in a timely manner.

The first truck arrived on day 1 and he removed the old piping, wire, and pump. He did not have the replacement wire with him, so he left. Two days later a second truck was to arrive between noon and 3 PM. It arrived at 5:30 PM. It was cloudy and getting dark. He did not leave until 10:30 PM. He worked for hours in the rain with a flashlight as his only source of light. During this time, I helped him off and on. I checked on his progress around 8:30 PM. He could not locate where the top of the well pipe attached to the horizontal pipe leading to the house. I suggested he drop a light down the 4" well pipe. So I got my light and he taped it to a piece of PVC. He searched for another 30 minutes but could not locate the point of connection. He asked me to try. I found it in a few minutes. Another hour working in the dark and rain, the pump was tested, and I helped him load the old iron pipe in his truck. It was Boulder Water Well's fault he was late and had to work SLOWLY in the dark, and since it was a two man job, I spent a couple hours helping. They still billed me $125/hr for the 5 hrs he was here. Never will I use them again. You shouldn't either.

Was willing to stay after hours to help me replace a well pump for a customer I was very pleased with the customer service and the way they handled themselves as a small business like me.

I needed a estimate, no communications, sent me a bill me for the hours that I was not aware they will charge. I never received written estimate or itemized receipt, just the bill. They finally provided a partial refund and an itemized bill. I was billed for what I thought was a free estimate/diagnostic assessment. They sent out a tech that I did not entirely agree to. I was not looking to have work done that day but I ended up agreeing on a couple small replacements.
