Colon was a very nice man came to my house on time. However he had very limited tools with him and No parts to repair my toilet. He had to leave for over an hour to get what he needed for the repair. And at the end I was charged $450.00 for the job and it was still leaking that evening not happy.im on ss and can't afford this crap.now I will have to hire someone else to fix my leaking toilet. But will have to wait until I get my next ss check.

I had a great experience with this plumber! He arrived right on time and was very professional and friendly from the start. I had a leak in the plumbing in the wall between the bathroom and the bedroom and he took the time to explain exactly was going on. He even went under the house (in the cold and dark) to inspect the issue further and took pictures so I could clearly see the problem myself. He explained the repair in a way that was easy to understand and fixed the leak quickly ad professionally. I really appreciated his honestly, communication and the quality of his work. Everything is working perfectly now! I definitely would recommend him and would happily call and refer him if I ever need a plumber's help!!

Colin did a great job for me. He was there when he said he would be, looked at the job and explained what needed to be done. He started it when he said he would and finished in the time he said it would probably take. He also did a great job cleaning up afterwards. Nothing was left for me to do! I was completely satisfied and would absolutely hire Colin again for any plumbing needs. Bourne Family Plumbing is the type of plumber that everyone should have!
