Our experience, belief in open communication and high quality standards enable us to guide clients through each phase of the building process. We pride ourselves on our reputation for staying on budget and on schedule and providing high-quality work. Our electricians are 30-hour OSHA certified and infrared technicians have Flir Level 1 certification or better. Always seeking to improve our performance and excel in all areas, our staff members currently have several certifications pending.

It was a simple breaker issue and I had to pay for the full two hour amount. He was out of here in five minutes but they have two hour minimum. I wouldn't use them because of this.

"We make every effort in attempt to satisfy our customers without hurting our bottom line. In same-day services, a 2 hour minimum is necessary because our technicians are typically scheduled in advance and must either leave their current job or do the service call on overtime. Our 2 hour minimum was disclosed and accepted by the customer prior to scheduling the appointment. Upon completion of the service, this customer was actually given a $50 credit when she expressed dissatisfaction with the price. Unfortunately, with the costs of running a business it is difficult to provide small services like this at the price consumers expect."

I placed my request on the website and received two calls within 5 minutes. Jeff was able to come out the next day to give me a bid. He gave me a good and fair price. The work was done quickly and exactly the way we agreed. I was able to get my oven installed by Thanksgiving so I'm very happy.
