I had the best experience with a contractor with Bowen. They were on time for estimate and on time to do the work. The customer was very happy with job aslo as i was with hiring them to fix a ladder booboo that we had while doing wiring repair. I called them to finish a wall and paint to match the wall to match the room. The attendant lady when calling was professional and polite. The young man who have estimate also jad a good demeanor. Bowen replaced trim at the roof line of my single level house. When they reviewed the work to provide a proposal, they suggested that I wrap the trim so that I would not have to paint it in the future. I did not know this was an option (had not heard this from others who provided proposals) so I had this done. In addition, they did not try to replace trim where it was not needed it but did suggest wrapping those areas to stop deterioration of the wood. I would recommend them for not only the quality of their work, but the price they charged to do the work.

Very good experience with Bowen. Dennis listened to what I wanted and his price was reasonable. Scott who did the work was punctual, careful about his prep work, did a good job on the repair, made sure I was satisfied, and did a good job of clean up. That is about all you can hope for from any contractor. I am sure I will do business with them again.

I am very happy with the contractor that was suggested to me by your service. Bowen Remodeling & Design from Crofton, MD did one great job for me with the plastering repair that I required. The two gentlemen that completed the job for me were very experienced, and did a very professional job, along with doing it in an expedious, and well done repair . If I needed this service done again I would have this company do it, and I would highly reccomend them to my friends for the job. Thank you again for assisting me to locate a good company for the job.

The Bowen contractors arrived on time every day, the were curteous and considerate. Basically they did a good job except they forgot to take off the switch plates and paint there. I called and the manager was very understanding and came out and fixed my concern. I will probably use them again. But customers should always stick up for themselves and monitor contractors closely.

Quick turnaround on getting started, and everything done at the times specified. Afer the job was completed, a company rep returned to my home promptly and without question to check out a potential problem about which I had inquired. My only reservation: The crew utterly unnecessarily applied sealant to the top rail, which is composition, not wood. This may suggest inexperience in doing such work..
