I feel that Mr. Bowers did not do a good job on my fence. My gate looks horrible and he placed my lock on backward with the lock part on the outside of the gate and some boards are not straight. He seemed to have just eyeballed everything and the cuts on some of the boards are raged and ruff. He set the post without using a leveler and one of the post is leaning. His pricing is good but you get what you pay for. We had discussed how I wanted my fence and he laid it out totally different than we discussed. Since the gate looks so bad I am going to have to call another company out to fix it. He even peed in my yard, how disgusting is that?! I saw it on my camera and asked him to not do that again. I do not even want him to come back and try to fix anything. Not a good experience and I feel I wasted my money.

This is just Mr Bowers building your fence, if you are looking for a higher-end outfit this is not your guy. If you want an honest and affordable person to build your fence Mr Bowers can do the job.

This was the worst quality of work I have ever had done by a professional contractor. He finished on a Friday and by Monday I was calling other contractors to see about having the fence he had just put in replaced. This was after he failed to show or call the next day (Saturday) to address my concerns like he said he would. I had an existing wood privacy fence removed and a new one installed. The new fence is poorly constructed and is a very amateur product. It is not level, it has visible nails and screws, the gates are an eyesore and one is not even fully functional. When he couldn't close a small gap with a full picket he fashioned one to fit in between two pickets, and it is smaller at the top than at the bottom and looks terrible. When a root interfered with fastening a picket to the cross piece, the picket was simply pulled out away from the root instead of removing the root and fastening it correctly. Some of the existing posts from the old fence were cut low and not removed along with the the cement holding them in place. The new holes that were dug were not back-filled with the dirt that was dug up. This new fence is a mess. I thought I hired a professional but that wasn't the case. This was a total waste of my time and money.
