We moved our laundry room upstairs by converting our walk in closet. We then added a new closet in our master bedroom. The existing plumbing and electrical had issues but Robbie and his team tackled it all. They were very courteous, prompt and clean! We have plans for more projects and will use Robbie in the future!

We contracted with Bowers Jr. Construction LLC to build a combination deck / screened deck on the rear of our home. We are quite happy that we chose Bowers and we're extremely satisfied with the results. Robbie promptly responded to our initial inquiry and came out to survey the job. Robbie was an attentive listener and quickly helped us secure the services of a draftsman to transform our ideas into a set of drawings. Once the drawings were complete, Robbie suggested we put them out for bids. Robbie's bid was competitive and we accepted it. After securing the necessary permits and HOA approval, the actual work started. Robbie and Brandon were very professional, diligent and efficient in getting the job done. They answered all of our questions and were fun to be around. They demonstrated exceptional craftsmanship and attention to detail. When some of the delivered lumber was not up to his standards, Robbie returned it and selected the replacement pieces himself. He engaged competent subcontractors for the screened deck's gutters, shingles and electrical outlets and coordinated their efforts in a well organized fashion. He treated the work on our home as if it were being done on his own home. We are very pleased with our new deck / screened deck and would highly recommend Bowers to anyone.

Out of five contractors that bid on the work, Robby was the only contractor to point out that our home was a pre-fab home. He answered all of our questions, gave us a fair price on the work to be done and finished on-time and on budget!! We could not be happier with the results. We plan on using Robby for all of our future remodeling and construction needs. Robbie and his guys are great, reliable and make you feel like you've known them/him for years. I am happy to recommend Bowers Jr. Construction. When I wanted to renovate our 1971 home and make it into a modern space, I didn't know where to begin. I started online reading reviews of contractors. I ended up calling three contractors. Robbie referred me to a great kitchen designer and the two of them worked together to turn the 1971 home into a bright modern space we now love. Robbie and his crew had great ideas that I would have never thought of. Before signing the contract I checked with the better business bureau, checked his contractor's license, and called multiple references which were provided. All came back great with glowing reviews from his references. Robbie's quote was not the lowest of the contractors but I felt that he would do a great job and make the process easy for me. Robbie gave me a start date and end date and stayed within those times. I am completely satisfied with the overall project. Any concerns or questions I had during the renovation were handled quickly and taken care of. He communicated with me during the entire project, keeping me "in the loop". Our home is now a modern space we are proud of . We are happy we chose Bowers Jr. Construction for our project and will definitely use him for future projects.

Robbie and his crew did a wonderful job with our 26 x 26 master bedroom addition with a deck and remodeling of the master bathroom. He would always return calls and is very reliable. He and his crew would clean up after themselves. These days it's hard to find reliable contractors who are good at what they do. We would recommend Bowers Construction if you want quality work.

Awesome work! I needed a door installed in a basement space. For the price of a "custom" door at a big-box store, I had a custom sized door installed! Service was very professional, knowledgeable, and personable.

I had called several contractors in the Front Royal area and the first one to return my call, was Bowers Jr Construction. Scheduling a time for an estimate was based around my convenience and the call was a polite, customer service oriented, knowledgeable exchange. The ideas and construction experience were evident in the discussion of the estimate. We had multiple jobs that needed to be done; structural reinforcement the garage, roof leak repair and damaged ceiling from roof leak replaced. The finished product was performed efficiently and professionally! My wife and I agree, we will call them back when we want further quality work done!!

Robbie Bowers was very professional at every step of my porch and patio project. He consulted with me on every major decision to ensure my satisfaction. He coordinated electrical and concrete subcontractors work to fit nicely with the project schedule. The finished porch and patio was completed on time with the visit of a house guest which was my objective from the start.
