The painters were prompt, clean and professional. Well worth the cost!

We hired Bowie Development, LLC to replace and repair drywall, on the ceiling and walls of a condo unit, in DC. Khalfani and his crew did an excellent job! When the work was completed, the paint matched and the walls and ceiling were as good as new! We would absolutely use them again and also highly recommend them to anyone who needs drywall work. They arrived on time and did a fantastic job. The work came out beautifully. The clean up was great. I would use them again without question.

Every aspect of the job was handled in a professional manner, and I am still very pleased with the work that was done by this company.Only issue was a few cleanups or spots that were missed ,but I brought them to the painter and supervisors attention and they were corrected. The painting and repair of the ceiling were simply beautiful, even four months after the job was done!

Good. --They were not able to setup appointments to see previous jobs completed. We worked around that by having the company paint one area of the house before agreeing to the total contract. --We bought our own paint and the quantities were recommended by the company. There was two 5 gallons left over. The company agreed to purchase one 5-gallon flat paint. --The painters did not use drop cloths all the time. On one occasion in the kitchen, we had to ask the painter to put down a drop cloth. --We had to remind the painters to clean up the paint being dripped on surfaces.

The project was top notch. Not only did they consistently show up on time, but they finished the project as contracted. Final project turned out great and I will use them again!"

They did a good job. They were punctual, neat, well organized. They were very nice people.
