I hired Boxwood to manage my long term rental when I moved out of state. Their maintenance team always responded in a timely manner and got my tenants taken care of when issues arose. I never have to worry about my property and know it is in the best hands. Highly recommend!

Caleb was great. I have hired them two times to come out and do projects. He is courteous, helpful, prompt, and helped us figure out multiple projects and even went to pick up the order I needed for him to install. The proces was very fair compared to other companies that wanted almost double for one project. We will definitely be hiring them again for more projects in the future!

I was looking for a way of not having to worry about managing our rental property. Boxwood has taken care of everything, without missing a step! We are on our second year with them and it has been great. Communication is clear, we have plenty of visibility on what’s going on, and we get to be 99% hands off! Absolutely recommend checking them out, if you want to own your property but NOT having to THINK about managing it.
