Understood, and knew what had to be done to correct the violation code that the original installer had done on the older heater. I decided, that because of the rusty water and the age of the water heater, it needed to be replaced. I had home warranty, however, the company would not treat the heater for its rust. "as long as it was heating wate", it was not broken-get it? I had Boyd's Plumbing to fix the code violation and replace the heater. DONE! Excellent Work.

He charged me and he did not fix the problem, he refused to refund or to fix the problem.

"Labor to replace thermal coupling in the hot water tank is 245.00 Boyds plumbing will be happy to install part if add-on rate 120.00 plus tax is agreed to be paid when work is done 125.00 was for to tell figure out the problem then fire up hot water tank."
