The team did a safe, good job bringing tree down. But, they are not thorough on the clean up. Customers need to be ready to do clean up activities to complete process.

We hired TJ to cut down 4 trees and remove the cut trees and branches from the property. They did a great job cutting the trees, but as far as tree removal, they came and took 4 (approx. 10-foot pieces) and left the rest here. We have called him asking when he will be here to pick up the rest of the trees and he promised to be here today. It is 9:30 p.m. and he is still not here...he is very inconsiderate regarding us as a customer, and he would not answer our phone calls. He has his money, but he has not finished what he promised. Look elsewhere for your tree removal.

I had a number of trees that needed trimming and one that had to be cut down. I would've given 5 stars but they left some clean-up on the tree that was cut down, but I would definitely hire them again.

It was an easy hiring as they are nice to work with, worked within the right timing, kept in touch via email with pictures and questions. It was a huge tree and a real challenge.

My insurance adjuster told that the price I was charged was the highest he ever heard of. They charged me $2,000 dollars to take a tree off my garage roof. The insurance company only paid $500. I am disabled and on a fixed income. Feel as though I was taken advantage of.

They were very good at what they did, and got the job done in a short period of time. very respectful, and professional, and they were the only one that responded to the call. I called several others, one was afraid to do the job and the others never responded to my call THEY GOT THE JOB DONE..... Thank you TJ and your crew.

Tree Trimming
I had 6 trees that needed to be trimmed. One of the trees was very large. The branches on that tree that needed to be removed were very large and they were over my roof. They did an excellent job trimming all of the trees and removed all of the debris. I would definitely hire them again.

We had two very tall/large trees to be removed. One was damaged by a lightning strike and had lost a large branch in a storm. The other was leaning over the house which we were concerned about. They did an excellent job and just what we asked for. We will use them again in the future as we have several trees to be removed and I have already recommended them to a family member. Sandy D. Less than a week from estimate to job completion. Very timely. I had what I would call a challenging tree, seeing as each of its trunks/branches was aiming to fall on something. (roof, shed, lp gas tank) Plus it was inside a fenced in area. The crew got the whole thing down without any damage to the surrounding buildings, or the fence. They did everything they promised, for a reasonable rate. I would definitely hire them again.

They were working down the road stopped snd TJ followed me home gave me a fair price sealed the deal with a hand shake and they did way more then I expected. Not only did they remove a very dangerous huge branch that had broke off in the wind the clean up was exceptional chipped the branches raked the lawn and blow off the driveway they did this all with a smile on their faces they took pride in what they were doing.

Tree Trimming
They came on time. My neighbor gave them a hard time. They were only half finished and were going to quit. So they went to lunch and came back. Trimmed 2 more trees. I paid them even though I felt the job was not done to what my expectations were. I did refer them to 2 more people. Now that the leaves are coming out on those trees, the shade is still going to be a problem, as there are still branches hanging over my fence line that should have been trimmed.
