According to the verbal and written agreement the job should have been completed 4 months ago but is not done yet due to rework of unacceptable installation, broken window, wrong size windows ordered, hurricane panels that don't meet local codes ordered, etc. The caulking is the worst we have seen and requires painting inside and out, which is a 3 day job. Run away from this company as fast as you can!
