Alex was very nice to work with he was knowledgeable and professional. He did our refrigerator repair in a very timely manner and he and the company were very good communicating with us throughout the entire process. We would definitely recommend BozmanFix for repairs.

The technician was on time, efficient, and completely fixed the issue. We will use them again for future repairs.

If I could give 0 stars I would. This is absolutely the worst business I have ever dealt with. Do not use them to fix your appliances. They have been out to repair my dryer 4 times in 5 months. Each time its something different yet its the same issue over and over again. After numerous calls I was told the tech doesn't want to repair it and to fix it myself. They say they have a 90 day warranty but unless you are paying they are not interested in fixing the issue. The tech said that in the time he's worked on it that I got a new dryer. Said I am lying and that it is a different dryer... Clearly they don't want to hold up to their 90 day warranty. Shame on me but at this point I have paid them more money than a new dryer. Do yourself a favor and find a different repair company unless you like to have an unrepaired appliance and waste hundreds of dollars.

DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPNAY THEY DO NOT STAND BY THIER WARRANTY they came to my home last Monday 7/8/24 to fix a leak under the washing machine. The technician was very nice fixed the issue. Used the washing machine a couple of times. Saturday 7/12/24 used the washing machine and it was water everywhere and now the washing machine will not even power on. It is clothes stuck in the machine. This was around 7pm. I called no one answered got a message that they close at 6pm and all day Sunday (eventho the website says 24hrs assistance). So I a text to the number that texted me on Monday saying they are coming out. Letting them know the problem with pics. No response. Today Monday 7/15/24 I called and advise of the issue. At 830am I spoke with a man who said he would contact me back once he speak to the technician. I called back a hour later and he said the same thing. I advised him that I need someone to come out and fix the problem immediately we need to schedule a technician. I asked for the manager or supervisor I was told she would call me back. I called back the 3rd time and a woman answered the phone she apologized and said she will have the manager call me back within 20 mins she also said the manager is who I need to speak to about having someone come out and fix the problem. The manager Nicholas called me back an hour later and he admitted in the phone conversation that is recorded that the technician did not replace the hose. Just reattached the hose he said the hose was rusty but not replaced. I ended up hanging up the phone on the man because he did not want to accept accountability that his company did not fix the issue. And he refused to send someone out to fix the issue. He kept saying oh your gonna take me to court over $175. Yes I am taking you to court for whatever I pay to have the problem fixed that your company was supposed to fix but did not. My issue with the company is that they have not taken any responsibility for coming back out and fixing the problem. They should have immediately sent a technician out to fix the problem especially when they say they have a 90 day warranty and it was less than 7 days they were notified the problem was not fixed it was a temporary fix. Now the washer is worse than it was. I have heard apologies but no action. I have pics and videos and I notified them as soon as possible. Now the issue is worst than what it was the washer will not power on and it's clothes stuck in the machine. I do not know why its so hard to get someone to come and fix the problem. I do know if the problem is not fixed by Tuesday at 9am I will find someone else to fix the problem and sue them for the difference. 90 day warranty and it was not even 6 days. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY

CUSTOMER BEWARE Save yourself time, money and stress. Dan Y from Bozmanfix LLC is rude, and disrespectful, unprofessional that use profanity. Our dryer kept cutting off and tripping the circuit breaker. We called Bozmanfix they came out and stated it was a element, they replaced it and after he left the dryer wouldn't get hot and continue to do the same thing. They came back the next day and said, they installed a faulty element part. We paid over $300 and now three weeks later, the same problem again. We called them and they sent Dan again, he was rude, disrespectful and very unprofessional using profanity. He stated nothing was wrong with the dryer. I will be filing a complaint to the Georgia Attorney General's Consumer Protection Division and post reviews on every platform I can find to make everyone aware of this company. Don't trust their ability to perform any repair correctly and use defective products.

Very inexperienced. Took my $75 trip fee for nothing. Estimated $350 claiming a blockage in the drain. When all that was needed is vacuum maintenance and to reattach a partition that came loose from behind the freezer drawer. The service was fulfilled by H and J Fridge Service, an honest and experienced professional, who knew exactly how the reattach the part your technician said did not even belong to my fridge.
