Scam artist! Unprofessional, unreliable, dishonest, and do not know what they are doing. Talks a big game, but horrible work ethic and quality. He has no respect for the customer, your time, your home or the work. Our floor is more damaged by them then before we hired them to refinish it. Whatever you do, save yourself the heartache and waste of money. The first time they told us it was complete, they had not even swept the floors prior to sanding and lacquered debris and trash to our floors. Our hardwood floors were gouged, sanded past the grain, unevenly stained, scarred with incorrect grain and unevenly sanded, etc. They splashed lacquer all over our base boards, ruined a patio table by setting leaking cans on them...the list goes on. They were given multiple opportunities to fix what was damaged. They either did not show up or made the problem worse. Dino / Esdras had no problem lying to our faces over and over again. Every excuse in the book to get out of making things right. Empty promises with no follow through. Not a professional, skilled or honest organization.

After several people cancelled, Mr. Silva showed up! Yey! Helped me with installing wallpaper, installing upholstered wall system, installation of several shelves and will be returning to complete installation of 2 light fixtures, as well as moving some furniture.

I thought $700 iwas expensive to put up 2 chandelier lights and a couple of cabinets butI didn't have time to compare him and he did do a good job so I'm glad its done.
