Brad Freeman and Son Construction, LLC

Freeman and Son were excellent. They were professional, honest, communicated well, and friendly. We highly recommend them and would hire them again! Thank you, Brad.

This is the third commercial building that Brad and his team have helped me with. Each occasion has been swiftly addressed with professionalism and attention to detail. I have known and worked with Brad Freeman and Sons now for over 13 years. I never think twice before calling him for a job!

We noticed some missing roof shingles and called a number of companies for a repair and/or replacement estimate. Brad and his team responded that day and provided a fair estimate for the work. The work was done well and his team did a great job with the install and with the little details associated with clean up. I would recommend them to any one in midcoast Maine.

Good quality work as well as communication fair pricing. Highly recommend.

Vinyl siding installation (Not Asphalt shingle, drop down menu did not give me choice). Good crew, fast, and on time. Quality of work was good. Crew was professional, polite, and hard working. More expensive than other contractors but quality of job was worth it thanks to a top notch crew. Would recommend Freeman & Sons to do the job right.

Great work done professionally and on time. Very pleased with the outcome.

We are thrilled with the work that Freeman & Sons did on our roof. It was a week from first contact to getting the roof installed, which was important since we had a leak. Brad was efficient and communicative, sending us a quote quickly and getting us schedule. The crew was amazing and got the roof done in one day; Brad sent us update photos throughout the day. The cleanup was amazing;.you would never know anyone has been there. We would definitely hire Freeman & Sons again but hopefully, we never have to!

Brad and his crew helped me get things done quickly in a pinch! Great price and very quick work.

I've used Bradley's company a few times. He is very professional & very honest. His prices are more than reasonable & the quality of work stands above the rest. Had an issue with a leaking roof Brad was professional and proficient in his ability to explain the best way to fix it effectively.

Hard working very polite very fast I would definitely recommend this company and the quality of work is amazing

Brad was instrumental in coordinating with the owner of our split townhouse to have the entire roof replaced after it was damaged in a storm. He came promptly to access the roof for the quote and then quickly got us scheduled for the replacement. His crew was efficient, kind and cleaned up after themselves.

Him and his crew were very efficient and they did amazing work he is very respectful and I would highly recommend him and his crew to anyone that needs some work done

Brad has compassion in his work and runs a tight ship, he comes in and gets things done in a timely manner. Cost is effective and results are amazing

Freeman and Sons did an amazing job on an emergency roof repair. The crew was friendly and experienced, the owner is kind, caring and professional. Excellent communication and great prices. They completed the project in less than a day. Would recommend for any roof needs, these are your guys!

If you want the best in the business, look no further. Hired on a Monday, job done on Friday. Brad and his crew are fantastic. Had bigger issues than originally realizing, yet they still finished 95% in one day. Estimate was reasonable and dead on. Freeman and Sons made this huge roof problem a wonderful experience. Communication was on point and they really care about their customers. Can't say enough how much I appreciate the service they offer. 110% recommend them.

Brad was knowledgeable and responsive from the first day I spoke with him. We are installing solar, so we replaced the 23 year old roof proactively. Once I told Brad that we wanted to move forward with the project, he helped me pick out the color of the shingles and of the drip edge and he had a crew here in less than a week! They showed up on time, did an amazing job, finished the entire roof in less than a full day and cleaned up every piece of debris and nails! Then Brad came to inspect the work and to make sure that we were satisfied with everything. Such a nice guy and so professional! We will definitely hire him again in the future for more work!

Bradley showed up when he said he would and completed the job on time for the price that he quoted. Awesome work. We are very happy!

Brad communicated promptly, courteously, and professionally at all times with me. He came out and gave an estimate in a very timely manner. The work was done the next day and completed including an amazing cleanup. My mother had had a problem with a leak at her house for several years. She tried everything but replacing the siding. When she was ill and I was caring for her, she worried about the leak constantly. I assured her I would take care of it. When she passed on and I became the executor of her estate, I contacted Brad to do the siding based on the reviews I read of his work. After the job was completed, his work was put to the ultimate test. My mom's house always leaked from the back when there was a nor'easter. A few days after Brad and crew finished residing the back of the house, there was a really fierce nor'easter--wind gusts higher than there had been in years. When I went to check the house, it was snug and dry! I know my mom would be (and is) so happy that the house has been fixed. Thank you so much, Brad!

Brad Freeman Construction exceeded our every expectation. They came promptly to give the quote on replacing our roof, showed up on the day, bright and early. Phone calls were always answered or returned within hours. The crew worked like wildfire, very efficiently, carefully and finished the entire roof in one day. They couldn't have worked harder or done better work. We recommend them 100%.

The quote for replacing our asphalt shingles was in line with 3 others, but one other company was going to overlay existing shingles for the same price. Bradâ s crew did the complete job -full strip, new drip edge, underlayment, new shingles, everything in one day. And the yard, deck, driveway were so clean you wouldnâ t even know theyâ d been here. Better quality shingles than the IKO others quoted, tooâ ¦. I highly recommend this business!

Very accommodating, pleasant and polite. Unmatched integrity. No job too big or too small.

Very professional, very dedicated, outstanding customer service. The workers came, did a fabulous job cleanup was spectacular they were quick efficient friendly. They took exceptional care of my yard while they were doing their work. I appreciated that greatly.Brad was awesome I would recommend him to anybody who is looking to have a roof done.

Great all around experience with Brad and his crew. Fast accurate quote. Crew arrived on time as promised and worked throughout the day to ensure the job was completed as promised. Crew was very professional. Roof looks great, crew even raked around the house to make sure you couldn't tell they were even there when they left. We highly recommend Freeman and Sons Construction.
