Brad Inspects

I highly reccomend Brad Inspects. Emma was a pleasure to work with & had urgency behind getting our house inspection done. It is very appreciated!

Emma was prompt & professional. She brought our family comfort during the home buying process. We were provided a very detailed list of all findings during the inspection, including photos. This made it very easy to communicate concerns with the realtors & home owner. I knew exactly what & where everything was. I highly recommend calling Brad Inspects & requesting Emma!

As first time homebuyers, we wanted an extremely thorough home inspector. We had two separate inspections done by Jesse with Brad Inspects and he was incredible! He included every little detail he found and really helped us with our decision to pass on one home and put an offer in on another. Communication was great with Brad himself and he got our inspections scheduled within days of reaching out. He promptly answered all my questions and we are very satisfied with the level of service and professionalism by both Brad and Jesse. I highly recommend Brad Inspects!

Brad was called and an appointment scheduled. Luke did the inspection. What a wonderful and professional team they have. The report was available that evening. The detail was amazing. I cannot give them high enough praise. Thank you for a job well done.

Star was a joy to work with! He was honest, blunt, and efficient. He didn’t hesitate to answer our seemingly endless questions and went corner to corner of the entire home with attention to details we didn’t even notice! Thank you!!!!!!

Brad was very professional and helpful through the entire process of having our house inspected prior to purchase. The report was very thorough and explained well.

Very professional and thorough throughout the inspection. The report was very detailed as well!

Eagle eye. Extremely knowledgeable. Great attitude.

Brad is top-notch! Not only is he extremely easy to work with, he is available when needed for any questions, you may have. He has made several of my clients feel super comfortable purchasing a home. You need someone like Brad on your side when making a huge decision like that!
