I would really like to speak to somebody in the customer complaint department! I have never in my life had anyone holler at me to the point where I threatened to call the police! Every bit of this blind that he put into my screens is coming out this happened only 3 days after he left, I called him told me he would be out in a few days and he has yet to show up even after I text so much for a year guarantee on his work huh! And being a man of his word as he kept saying.

I want help and I do not know who will do my drains now.

Unfortunately, the communication has not been great. He showed up at his initial appointment time, but was always unclear about when he would come back to complete his work. Although, the majority of the work was done as requested, one of the jobs was not fully completed. Additionally, the quote to complete a large job was not clearly communicated, leaving us feeling frustrated when we found out that the quote did not include the cost of materials and extra personnel who were brought in without previous notification.

Frank arrived promptly and gave a quote and followed up quickly when I decide on employing him for this job. Frank and his crew where wonderful to work with. Very friendly. They installed 8 new interior doors, did some ceiling work in the garage and repaired some overhang on the outside eaves of my lanai. I had one concern the next day after they left and Frank was very quick in responding to assure work was done and I was satisfied. Would definitely use again.

Did a very nice job cleaning our gutters and downspouts and reattaching downspouts that had been removed. Installed leaf guard and two downspout guards. Fixed the angle of one gutter.

They are fantastic! Friendly, transparent, free quote, professional and trustworthy! Frank completed remodeling on my lanai with new screens, paint, flooring, cleaning aluminum as well as cleaning sliding glass doors and the track!
