Had him just do a home inspection for entrance points where pests could get in. Some areas I think could have been inspected a bit more closely, but overall felt reassured

I was pleased with Bradford Pest Control and the work that was done. Ray was not only on time but early for the appointment. When Ray had to come in the house to spray for ants he removed his shoes so dirt, grass, etc would not be tracked through the house. I would recommend this company and use them again.

Bradford Pest Control is a great company to do business with. Ray White who is a service rep for this area is a great guy. He's knowledgeable and knows his stuff. Anyone who hires this company will be very pleased with there professionalism, attention to all details and getting the job done in a timely manner.

The quality of the pesticide and the service are outstanding. My primary complaint is scheduling. I signed/payed for annual service in quarterly applications. Multiple times I would receive a last minute cancellation. I was told I would be called for the quarterly service. Never happened. I've tried to contact the owner to no avail. Proceed with caution.

Ray was on time and ready to work. He performed exactly as I had hoped and checked the structure quickly I would have no issue hiring him again..

Was called around 7pm and scheduled a termite inspection for the next morning. He was prompt, friendly, and reasonably priced

They were delayed by traffic by 15 minutes on late end. No worries. Nice to have met and dealt with the owner directly. Fast service and ants are gone for now.

Mr. Bradford was very prompt for appointments, offered a very good package. He adjusted his schedule to meet our needs. We are totally pleased with our experience with this company.

Great customer service!

Company was very honest. We were getting a new bed and on removal of the old box springs, we saw some black spots that a quick internet search showed might be bed bugs. Cue panic on our part. We found Bradford online (and liked them because they provided heat treatment in addition to pesticides) and they sent someone to inspect the very next day. Ray was very polite and looked at the pictures we had taken of the old box springs (which had already been picked up by the trash company). He didn't think they were bed bugs, but he helped us remove the mattress and box spring (the new ones) and inspected them as well as thoroughly inspecting the bed frame and behind the bed around the nightstands. He told us he didn't see any signs of bedbugs. Then he also inspected our couches where he also didn't find anything. We were relieved, of course, but very happy with his honesty. We offered to pay for the service call, but he told us that the inspection was free. If we do have any other pest problems in the future (whether bed bugs or other stuff), we will definitely be calling them back.
