Joe from Bradford Xteriors, Inc. came to inspect the roof because it was leaking. W/o taking apart area of leaking roof, Joe gave me estimate for$750 to replace wood that he thought was bad. When I brought a different company in, they took roof apart, and found out that it was chimney cap broke at the seam, wood was O'K. Won't be calling Bradford Xteriors, Inc. again.

Our repair was done in the timeframe promised and from the repairman's photos it looks to be excellent quality. It would have been nice to have been told the arrival day and approximate time.

My first experience using the Home Adviser service was great, I posted my project and within 15 to 20 minutes I got calls from two of the three businesses. Zach from Bradford Xteriors, Inc came out the same day to look at the job and provided me with an estimate. His team arrived on time and was done is a few hours. The gutter guy arrived on time and was also done within a couple of hours. You can barely tell the difference from the new siding to the old siding. Home Advisor was my third option after contacting two other contractors from Angie's list... I would definitely recommend Bradford Xteriors, Inc if you want prompt response to your needs, fair pricing and crews arriving on time and getting to work.

Outstanding customer service! My request online was answered withing 30 minutes by Zac M. He came out within 2 days, inspected the roof and crawl space and found the source of a leak. He provided photos of the actual problems along with an estimate. He said they would be out the following week, but called 2 days later and had the crew there a few days after the estimate. The inspection and completed work were all done within a week. There was no need for us to be there during the work which saved us time. Upon completion photos were provided of both before and after the work. The cost was withiin my expectations, the response was prompt, Zac was very courteous and professional, and the work was done quickly with no mess. I highly recommend this company.
