Bradford Xteriors were hired to inspect my asphalt shingle roof, and perform any required repairs. They responded to the Home Advisor request promptly. The technician was very informative and assisted me in completed the replacement of a few cap shingles. I would definitely recommend them for your roofing needs. I will be saving them as a favorite Home Advisor Pro and they will be the first company I call when I require roofing repairs/replacement.

This company performed a faulty installation of a boot on my roof (at a cost of $500) that created a fair amount of water damage to the interior of my home during torrential rains in August 2018. Poor customer service following the installation (which included emergency call not being returned on the day the water damage was discovered, promises made by Joe Sabo that were never kept and the owner Jason Schumway refusing to reimburse for any part of the faulty installation that resulted in water damage to the interior of my home). Sadly, their faulty installation of the boot resulted in over $1,500 worth of repairs that had to be addressed by two other companies.

Completed Roof repairs. They matched the color of the repaired/replaced singles so well that I can hardly tell the difference from the existing original shingles.

Dave D was very helpful and diligent in his attempt to get larger repair covered by insurance, but you know insurance companies, they like to collect $$ but do not want to give any back..small repairs scheduled w/i 2 weeks.

They were quick to respond to my needs. An inspector was on site the next business day after my call. I was given an estimate for repair that made sense and was a fair price. The following day a crew was on site and made the repair. Very satisfied with this company. Will hire them again if the need arises.

I had a leak that showed up as a wet spot on my ceiling in a bed room. I was unable to be home when they arrived but they called me and asked permission to go on roof and inspect the issue. about 15 minutes layer they called again and said the believed they found the leak round the drain vent, gave me a quote and sent photos of the problem.. I authorized the repair and they fixed the issue while they were up there. when they finished the work i received photos of the repair. over all I was very pleased with the service.

Exceeded my expectations in price and quality. Dave D. Provided all the vital information I needed and checked the finished work. The crew were friendly and did a great job of cleaning up after themselves. I would recommend this company to anyone needing a roof replacement.

Dave was so easy to work with, and despite the fact that I received two cheaper quotes but chose Bradford because of the speed with which they could perform the repair, I'm glad I choose them. I will definitely be contacting Dave for any future repairs!

Joe from Bradford Xteriors, Inc. came to inspect the roof because it was leaking. W/o taking apart area of leaking roof, Joe gave me estimate for$750 to replace wood that he thought was bad. When I brought a different company in, they took roof apart, and found out that it was chimney cap broke at the seam, wood was O'K. Won't be calling Bradford Xteriors, Inc. again.

Our repair was done in the timeframe promised and from the repairman's photos it looks to be excellent quality. It would have been nice to have been told the arrival day and approximate time.

Joe Sabo was the representative that I worked with for this project. He was very attentive to our needs; he was prompt at all meetings and getting the job done on time. He kept us informed on all aspects of the job. The crew was courteous and friendly and their performance exceeded our expectations. We also had our gutters replaced. I recommend Bradford Xteriors without reservation.

My first experience using the Home Adviser service was great, I posted my project and within 15 to 20 minutes I got calls from two of the three businesses. Zach from Bradford Xteriors, Inc came out the same day to look at the job and provided me with an estimate. His team arrived on time and was done is a few hours. The gutter guy arrived on time and was also done within a couple of hours. You can barely tell the difference from the new siding to the old siding. Home Advisor was my third option after contacting two other contractors from Angie's list... I would definitely recommend Bradford Xteriors, Inc if you want prompt response to your needs, fair pricing and crews arriving on time and getting to work.

Outstanding customer service! My request online was answered withing 30 minutes by Zac M. He came out within 2 days, inspected the roof and crawl space and found the source of a leak. He provided photos of the actual problems along with an estimate. He said they would be out the following week, but called 2 days later and had the crew there a few days after the estimate. The inspection and completed work were all done within a week. There was no need for us to be there during the work which saved us time. Upon completion photos were provided of both before and after the work. The cost was withiin my expectations, the response was prompt, Zac was very courteous and professional, and the work was done quickly with no mess. I highly recommend this company. Thanks Home Advisor!
