The television wall mount he brought was missing some nuts and bolts so I had to Provide some extras I had laying around the house. Unusual but no big deal. I referred him to my son and daughter-in-law for another job. Therefore, I recommend Bradley Audio Video Works to others.

What a pleasure to work with Brad! I had a small project installing and setting up a new smart Tv on an existing wall mount. Brad quoted a very reasonable, low price, about what I expected. Yet, despite the smallness of my project, Brad gave me treated me like a high end customer! He gave me his full attention and answered a ton of questions over the phone. And once he arrived and discovered I was missing a few pieces of mounting hardware, Brad got creative and made it work. Throughout all he was polite and so very helpful. I am keeping Brad s contact and will definitely hire him again.
