"After the homeowner completely refused all permits and city shut the job down it took over six months for the city to grant necessary permits. At that point the we had already started other projects and were delayed in returning at which point scope of work had changed due to homeowner working on project himself. At that point It was simply time to part ways to satisfy both parties involved. Admittedly not our finest hour."
"We returned to this property on several occasions only to find locked gates. That's understandable to protect there animals, But extremely difficult to respond to call backs."
