Wood Fence - Repair
No stars (but the program wouldn't let me do that...had to at least give 1 star), due to the fact we had set up a day and time that he was going to come out and check out what I was looking to have done, and give me an estimate on what he would charge. I rearranged my schedule to make sure I would be here, but he never showed up. He also never called. It has been five days and I haven't heard anything from him. I would not consider someone a 'Pro' if they are unable to at least call if they are not able to keep an appointment.

prompt(had an esimate within one hour of contacting him) Neat worker, kept me update on project, able to incorperate my changes into project as they arose. Kept me upto date on status of project completion(ie weather delays and such).
