Greg was personable and professional. He actually was able to arrive two hours earlier than the original appointment time. Job was done in a timely matter and reasonably priced. I would definitely recommend Bradley Plumbing to anybody, for any job, as I would imagine there isn t a residential job that they couldn t handle. Very experienced and almost over qualified. Awesome work.

Sump Pump Repair or Replace
Reasonable, offered advice, friendly, likable, and local. Wish he would reply to my text messages as to questions about the new sump pump warranty. I texted the number he reached me on for questions, never got an answer after trying him at least twice if not more. I guess I will have to call the company or company site for more information.

I wish you could give him a zero. I had him install a water heater, left a huge mess and a water leak. I called and complained and he was friendly but never did anything to fix the problem. I had to do it myself, should have just installed it myself. Would have been less trouble. He had decent ratings on here but bad on google. I do not think this site is trustworthy.

"Upon completion of every job, customer is brought to the work area to view completed project. Customer is asked if there are any questions or concerns. This is standard practice for our company, no exceptions. We always ensure the work area is cleaned of all debris an left in the condition it was when we arrived. There were no leaks at water or gas connections after installation was complete. Actual leak was from condensate line from furnace that was run to makeshift pipe installed directly in front of and blocking access to water heater. Instead of examining work area and possible water sources, customer cut open walls to try and locate leak without giving us at least 24 hours to assess the situation and locate the leak. Even though the leak was not due to the installation of the water heater, I offered the services of my contractor at a discounted rate to repair the wall the customer cut out."

The service was excellent!! It was more like hanging out with a friend who is installing a water heater for me. Greg has been doing this for a long time and it shows. He knows his stuff! Highly recommend have this man do any plumbing.
