"Customer has not called me about the jets or any of these things. Also the customer installed ther tile incorrectly as normal tile and durarock is 1/4 inch cement board 1/8 grout 3/8 tile not 1 1/4 lile it was also you do not tile all the up to the valve leaving a 1 inch hole also I showed him the rough in plate for the tub shower and also the guide marks before starting and never followed them. Instead I was told that I was wrong and no valve has a rough plate for tile installation or otherwise. - had to cut open the drywall behind the tub and shower and force the valve to the depth of the improper installation of drywall and tile."
