My husband and I worked with Scott on our home renovation project. It was a pleasure to work with him. He answered all our questions and explained everything he would do in detail. I thought his fee was very fair for all the work that was involved. He was always on time, polite, and cleaned up when he was done each day. I would definitely recommend using Scott for any of your plumbing needs!

He wouldnâ t stop talking and charged me for probably an hour of talking. He purposely ran a knife through the calling in my other bathroom I showed him, probably hoping Iâ d hire him for that job. That caused a massage amount of water damage over time . He also took it upon himself to replace additional items I did not ask him to without asking me first. He also took all the old hardware without asking .

I hired Brady Plumbing to disconnect some gas appliances. Scott was very professional, he worked quickly and efficiently, and he gave me a very fair price. I recommend him highly.

I had contacted the plumber to look at a leaky pipe. The issue was resolved separately and I called him asking if he can still come by my house and give me a quote on a few near future projects I am planning on starting. I had spoken to him over the phone and he never told me there would be a consultation fee. He said there would not be a fee at all for that matter unless a repair was done. I only wanted a quote. When he came to my house he never said anything about a fee until 20 minutes into our meeting. He now referred to this as a service call and wanted $140.00 plus tax. I find it interesting since there was no real service. If he wanted a consultation fee he should have made this clear up front like a professional would. I can not recommend this plumber or his services based on his experience. I would also recommend that when a plumber comes to your house make sure he is clear as to what his fee will be whether he does work or not!

Scott is a licensed plumber who is very professional and friendly. I had an electric stove and wanted to convert to gas. Scott filed all the necessary paperwork for the permit to run the gas piping and completed the job very quickly. I highly recommend him and will definitely use him again for any plumbing needs.

Scott Brady is a skilled master plumber who definitely takes pride in his work. He effortlessly finished all the projects that needed to be done in a very reasonable amount of time-including running to the plumbing supply store to get all the needed parts. I took him up on the suggestion to replace my old Amtrol well water tank and my kitchen faucet after realizing the well water had caused so much corrosion. He replaced the on/off values under my sink along with the dishwasher hose. He replaced the old Gerber tub fixtures in the upstairs bathroom and the tub diverter spout in the downstairs bathroom. He arrived right on time and was a pleasure to speak with. I feel so much better knowing that these projects are all done and done correctly. I have already given his info to several of my friends and will call him for future work.

Scott Brady was prompt, kind and patient. He took the time to review problem areas, explain different functions, and answer any questions I had. He was very knowledgeable, friendly, prompt and informative. We had a spigot installed and rather than go through the exterior wall, he found an easier and and cheaper option. He finished much sooner than originally estimated.

I had a Patio being constructed when my Welll line was cut leaving me with no water for several days. I called Mr. Brady, he was able to advise me on what I needed to do not to make the situation worst. At the next business day, Mr. Brady arrived and advised my Patio company what they needed to do. Once that recommendation was done it took Mr. Brady a short time to fix the problem for me.

Responded immediately, came when scheduled and efficiently installed the toilet.
