There are not enough positive things to say about Brady Plumbing and HVAC. They are a true family company who care about their customers. I have used them multiple times for different services and each time, TJ, his wife, Amy and their crew have all shown nothing but professionalism, integrity and honesty. I would highly recommend them.

Awesome company. Responded quickly on my central a/c unit not working. Diagnosed and installed necessary part. Great price! Explained everything. Customer service is awesome. The owner spoke with me after the repair and answered my additional questions and extremely professional. Will call them again for future needs. Thank you!

We were charged over $400 for half an hours work plus perhaps $60 worth of parts. I will not be using this company again.

TJ replaced a toilet gasket to stop it from running. He also raised a sink stopper so it would drain water more quickly. TJ was very informative in answering my question about raising toilet bowl water levels (not possible with the model I have) and was helpful in explaining other toilet and sink questions I had. I would recommend Brady Plumbing and Heating to others. The fixed prices for even very simple things such as replacing a gasket seem high, but they are standard in the plumbing industry in this area (as I discovered from hiring another plumbing company before this one). Unless you hire a handyman who is not a licensed plumber, you will not find lower prices in this area (Nashua, NH). I was very satisfied with the quick service and the information TJ explained clearly to me. Also he arrived on time (actually early) after calling ahead by 30 minutes, so I was pleasantly surprised by not having to wait for the end of the 3 hour potential arrival time.

TJ was very knowledgable. Plumbing is pricey but I believe it is in line with everyone else. They came right away and we have the job scheduled.

The person who did the work did a good job, but the rates they charged were horrifically high!, e.g. $225 to replace a failed back-flow preventer valve in the irrigation system, a job that took all of 5 minutes to complete after the part was purchased. Total bill for installing a pre-purchased lavatory faucet set and re-doing the tubular trap, plus replacing the back flow preventer valve: $643.50 which included a 10% military discount. OUTRAGEOUS! Also, charges were not broken down into parts and labor. Would not recommend them to other customers.
