They did a GREAT job in trimming my big silver maple. Big tree between 2 houses and I am 100% pleased with their work!

The work they did was satisfactory, however their business practices leave much to be desired. In receiving the quote for removing a dead tree, I was surprised at the cost. I was told that the reason for the price was because the tree was in a precarious position and needed a lot of rope and pulleys, the process being very time consuming and involved. When the tree cutter actually came, he used a rope and proceeded to cut the trunk without any trouble. It was not a difficult procedure at all and took him 30 minutes at most. When questioning the person who provided the quote, he said "well, its not the way I would have done it. ..that guy is really good at what he does." I feel that I should have been charged for what was actually done and not for the way the person giving the quote would have done it. To me, this is a very unethical business practice.

I recommend Brady’s Tree Service. We got our estimate on the same day that we requested it. The work was scheduled on the third day after I contacted them to go ahead with it. The work was completed in 3 hours and they left my yard cleaner than they had found it. Somehow, the equipment arrived just as it was needed and was removed immediately after use, minimizing traffic disruption. The owner stopped by an hour after completion to check that the job was completed to our satisfaction. Friendly, professional and safe. The tree we removed was very very large, too close to our house, with an electric line running through it, and surrounded by other large trees. It was not an easy job.

I hired Brady Tree service to take down some unusually large limbs on about 3 large trees. The estimator came on time and I was given a quote and I called him back approximately 2-3 days later telling him he had the job. I did not receive any additional correspondence until they arrived, un-announced to start the work. I was not available to be there at the spur of the moment. I finally agreed to have them go ahead with the work. The job was to drop the limbs and I would saw them up and remove them off the grass. When they say just drop the limbs, get ready for just that. These large limbs were dropped and left in the yard where they fell. They wanted an additional $1000 to cut them up and move them to the rear of the property. I agreed but only to find they used some seriously heavy equipment to move the cut-up limbs which tore up the grass and left ruts. The cut-up pieces were so large they are not moveable from where they put them. There was also damage to the siding on my garage which is primarily why I hired a professional to prevent damage to the lawn and garage and have the trees reduced to a size that would allow a grown man to move. The company offered to replace the siding and put down grass seed. I got a call that asked if they took the $1000 off the price, and not fix anything, would it be acceptable. I agreed. The business office person then called for my credit card. Since it was a rental property I asked for a receipt. I was told one would be coming by USPS but when I went through my taxes I realized I never received a receipt. The guy who came out to do the estimating and who I subsequently talked to was nice but the work was subpar from what I expected.

The job was done on time.

They crew arrived on time. They were very professional and explained exactly what they were going to do. They cleaned the area appropriately upon completing the job and made sure I was happy with their work, prior to leaving. The communication during the project by the on-site lead was exceptional. The project estimator, Joshua Timberlake was professional and responsive and very fair with his pricing. I would highly recommend Brady and will use them again should I require additional services.

They did not complete the job. They left logs to be piled and cut.

Joshua Timberlake was fast and quick to come out and gave a very reason quote that beat other tree company estimates I was very happy with the job and customer service they even did 2 of my neighbors houses. They was very happy with Joshua Timberlake and his tree crew. Highly recommend!

Joshua Timberlake responded to my request within one day. He had the crew at my house the next day to do the work. Overall, I was very happy with the customer service, quality, and cost and will use them again in the future.

Josh Timberlake came out right away to provide a competitive quote. Tree was taken down and removed next morning. Crew worked hard and fast, very impressive. Cleaned up the site. Would definitely do business with them in the future!

I loved'em. A little rough around the edges, but it's what I expected from a crew of young contractors. The sales guy (Josh) stopped in the morning to quote, said he had a crew in the area, quoted what we thought was a very reasonable price, and the crew took both our dead ash trees down that afternoon. They left the remnants of the tree in front of our house, next to the road, and I was a little concerned they weren't coming back to take care of the leftovers! But by the time I looked the next morning, everything was gone. The only way to tell they were there - the two stumps, the wood we asked to keep, and a couple divots in the lawn. All told, I really can't speak highly enough about them. And their secretary / QC coordinator, Margo, was really great handling things behind the scenes. Great experience. I highly recommend.

UPDATE: In an arbitration hearing I was awarded a full refund from Brady Tree Service due to the damage they caused on my property. They have avoided all responsibility, refused to communicate, and never showed up for the hearing! HomeAdvisor has informed me they will be losing their advertising rights online. Swindle!!! legal action forthcoming! They may be using different last names, like Timberlake. Runaway from these scam artists! I hired them to take down 3 trees in my yard. After $10,000 damage, the owner Josh admitted to, I sent them estimates for repair, and I never hear from him again! They were happy to take my money...and ghost away! HomeAdvisor should not be recommending this company! The owners are Josh, Jessie, and dad Adrian...Brady.

I had several damaged branches and tree debris that needed to taken care of after a bad storm. They did a great job cutting down damaged tree branches and also did a great job removing a lot of tree debris from my backyard. I really appreciate their work.

Significant lawn damage and no followup to repair the lawn after removing a large tree.

Guy running the job used a lot of profanity which I did not appreciate.

Halfway thru the job they decided they needed an extra $1800 to move one more limb. This limb had a large split in it and I specifically pointed it out when they were quoting the price. We finally agreed on an extra $700. I agreed only because I wanted it finished. Seems like a very shady way of pricing. Would not recommend.

I was kinda surprised when they came as I was just expecting a quote. They say they can do the work now. Caught me of guard there too. Had to get the job done so I went ahead for them to do it. The price was kinda high. $87 for one stump to remove. Otherwise they did a good job.

We had them remove a tree in our back yard and the price was reasonable. However, one of the branches hit our new gutter and damaged it. This was last fall and when I can reach them they tell me they will send someone out to repair the damage. It is July now and no one has come to repair the damage. Now they are not answering my calls. Word to the wize!!!

Much more reasonable than other quotes I got.
